This page explains how Carpathian Cabins(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data you provide through this website. We are committed to handling your data carefully and in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you submit one of our forms (the homepage “Join the founding list” or the investors page “Download Whitepaper”) we collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide, together with the technical metadata our server receives with the submission: your IP address, user agent, and the referring page. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
3. Why we collect it
We use this data to respond to your inquiry, to send you launch updates if you have joined the founding list, to provide investor materials if you have requested the whitepaper, and to keep a basic record of form submissions for our own administration. Our legal basis is your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine inquiries.
4. Who processes it with us
Form submissions are routed from our website to a workflow automation service (n8n) and then to a transactional email provider (Postmark) so we can send you and our team the confirmation emails. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Each of these processors is bound by its own data-protection terms and only receives the data strictly needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Cookies
We use a single technical cookie to remember your choice on the cookie banner. If you click “Essential Only”, no other cookies are set. If you click “Accept All”, we reserve the ability to set analytics cookies in the future; at the time this page was written, no analytics cookies are active. You can clear your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, until the Carpathian Cabins launch period is over and we have contacted you about your priority booking. After that, we remove or anonymize the data unless you have asked to remain on our mailing list.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it or delete it, to restrict or object to the way we process it, and to receive a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@biobuilds.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data-protection supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site where appropriate.
